The Keila Bolcha cooperative lies in Agaro, in the western zone of Jimma, Ethiopia. Formed in 2016, the membership consists of about 400 producers who cultivate coffee. After farmers deliver cherry to the wet mill, it is washed and soaked overnight, then dried on raised beds. Super clean and delicious!
